Comfy Cubs, a premium nursery essentials retailer, faced issues with their Shopify website, which wasn't optimized for conversions and had an outdated, cluttered design. Slow load times and a confusing user interface negatively impacted customer experience, leading to high cart abandonment rates despite their strong product lineup.
